I saw something this morning that I thought I’d give y’all a heads up about in case you haven’t seen it.
There’s been an outbreak of E-Coli from a batch of lettuce that was sold in 23 states & the D.C.
The Lettuce is prepackaged ready to eat kind & was mostly sold to wholesalers, food service outlets, in-store salad bars and delis.
However, the recall also includes the “grab and go” salads sold at Kroger, Giant Eagle, Ingles Markets and Marsh grocery stores.
The states involved are Alabama, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
