Publix Shopping Trip

I had a really good Publix shopping trip last week I wanted to share with you guys. I ended up spending $53.90, and saved $92.33!  I was able to get a lot of things for the money including my food allergic son’s (very expensive) Ice cream.

Here’s a breakdown of my Publix trip including coupons I used:

• Ground Chuck 1 lb $3.22
  • Used a coupon for $1.00 off Meat when you buy Bull’s Eye Barbecue Sauce
  • $2.22 after Coupons

• 2 Barber Frozen Stuffed Chicken – BOGO, regular price $4.99
  • Used 2 coupons for $1/1 Barber Stuffed Chicken

• Greenwise Soymilk $2.69

• 3 Hunt’s Snack Pack – $1.00/each on sale
  • Used 1 coupon for $0.45/3 Hunt’s Snack Pack Pudding 8/7/2011 SS Insert (exp 9/18/2011) which doubled
  • $.70/each after coupon

• 2 Deer Park Sparkling Water – $.99/each
  • Used Buy 1, Get 1 Free coupon

• 2 Hunt’s Ketchup – Buy 1, Get 1 free regular price $1.69
  • $.85/each after BOGO

• 2 Weber Seasonings – Sale price $1.50/each
  • Used the coupon for $1/1 Weber Seasoning 6/26/2011 SS Insert (exp 8/31/2011)
  • $.50/each after coupon

• Ball Park Angus Franks – Sale price $3.50
  • Used the coupon for $0.75/1 Ball Park Angus Beef Franks 8/7/2011 RP Insert (exp 9/2/2011)
  • $2.75 after coupons

• 2 Tyson Chicken Tenders Box $2.50/each

• 2 Bagelfuls – Buy 1 Get 1 Free regular price $2.50
  • Used 2 of the coupons for $0.55/1 Bagel-fuls (IE) Printable (FF)

• Ocean Spray Sparkling Cranberry Juice – Buy 1, Get 1 Free regular price $3.99
  • Used 2 of the coupons for $1 off from Facebook(No Longer Available)

• Lysol Lemon Spray Cleaner – Buy 1, Get 1 Free regular price $2.69
  • Used a coupon for $1/2 Lysol Bathroom or All Purpose Cleaners 8/7/2011 SS Insert (exp 9/6/2011)
  • $.85/each after coupons

• 3 Bulls Eye Barbecue Sauce – Sale price $1.00
  • Use a coupon for $.50 off which doubled(found on Ebay)
  • Free after coupon

  • Used the coupon for $0.75/1 Voskos Greek Yogurt

  • Paid $1.33/each

• 2 Athenos Yogurt – Sale price $1.00
  • Used coupons for $.75/1 from Facebook(no longer available)

• 2 Deer Park Aquapods – Buy 1, Get 1 Free regular price $2.49
  • $1.24 after BOGO

• Orville Redenbacher Popcorn – Buy 1, Get 1 Free regular price $4.89
  • Used a coupon from a Conagra Mailer for $1.00/2
  • $1.45 after coupon

• Butterball Turkey Kielbasa and Smoked Sausage – Sale price $2.50
  • Used 2 of the the coupon for $0.65/1 Butterball Turkey Meat Products 6/26/2011 SS Insert (exp 8/31/2011)
  • $1.85/each after coupons

• Publix Eggs 18 pack $2.69

• 2 Scotch Scissors – Buy 1, Get 1 free regular price $1.99
  • Used a coupon for $1/2 from a mailer
  • $.50/each after coupon

• 6 Paper Mate Pens Sale price $.50/each
  • Used 2 Target Coupons for $1/1 Paper Mate Products found here
  • Also used 2 Target coupons for $1/1 Paper Mate Products from a mailer.
  • $1.00 overage

• 2 Starkist Tuna Pouch $1.50/each
  • Used 2 coupons for $.50 off from Blog Her Food Conference which doubled
  • $.50/each after coupons

• 3  Composition Books $.50/each

• So Delicious Dairy Free Ice Cream $4.50/each

• I also used a Winn Dixie store coupon for $5.00 off a $25 purchase from the Enjoy the City Book.  I was able to use this because Publix accepts competitor’s coupons.
